  Kinda slow service sometimes but other than that good ice cream for a decent price

  The food is always good and we've never had an issue with an employee. Compared to other chains the price is decent. The building is a little older and the interior is dated. Still, everything seems to be well maintained and clean.

  I go during breakfast hours so I cannot speak for the rest of the time. However, the morning shift is awesome and I have never had a wrong order here. The staff is really polite too which helps with my mornings since I'm already a grumpy morning person.

  There is no way you can beat a Braum's shake. Seriously, hand dipped and blended to perfection. The ultimate classic is a vanilla malt. Mmmm... Must go there now. 😀

  They have good burgers and ice cream. The employees are cheerful. I prefer not to dine in. Everything always feels sticky, even after they clean. I think they need better furniture. They don't want to chop onions for burgers. That shouldn't be an issue. I don't like rings because sometimes you end up with them pulling out onto your chin. Today they couldn't get my order right to save their lives. Time for active listening. Even the manager messed it up. It was a small order. Took them 3 tries.
