::Need much training with preparing orders on the food side correctly. Also, if I would have been working at that Braum's, I would have never put that slice of tomato on anybody sandwich!! It would have deemed appropriate for a visit from the Department of Health if I hadn't showed them the picture of that sliced tomato, it was horrible!! I've decided not to use this Braum's again for food, they need help!!!

::Th time I went in for ice cream. Nobody was behind that counter. Four people were milling around at the far end of the food counter. Stood there for about five minutes. Several times they looked.in my direction. After several more minutes, I asked, LOUDLY, does anybody work down here? One girl came down, apologized I thought you had been waited on! REALLY !?

::About 3 years ago I would have given this place a 5 star rating. Now it’s dirty and the staff is not very customer oriented. Went there this week ordered dinner with Medium Mint Chocolate Chip shake. Seen they were about to give me a Medium Chocolate Chip Shake. Corrected the staff, or at least I thought I did. I received a small Mint Chocolate Chip Shake and a Medium Chocolate Shake. So order what you want, then just accept what they give. We had to clean off a table ourselves as well. And I hate to say it but the place was almost empty at the time we went on Sunday afternoon. Just not a good visit lately. My bun was dry and cracked as I ate it, I could tell it was borderline stale. Our burgers were dry and not juicy, these guys used to rival 5 Guys for quality and freshness. Not anymore. Sorry Braum’s quality starts at the top at trickles down. Management should be ashamed.

::Nice clean location. Friendly staff. Decent food. We typically hit this location up for an after-dinner ice cream whenever the urge strikes us. Decent selection of ice cream. I've also had a burger and fries here - which were decent - nothing fantastic, but still hit the spot, and you couldn't ask for more than that. I would recommend to others.
