  I just went and got a chocolate shake and it took 7 minutes. The milkshake was good though.

  Never had problems with this location and the food is as good as everywhere. The shakes are the absolute best

  I only crave ice when its cold,but I love thick strawberry shakes,Braum's is the only place Ive found who makes them upside down thick,especially Del City,Sunnylane.

  I placed a dinner order for my son my terminally ill husband and myself with this Braums. The young man that waited on me or handed me my food was extremely rude. Every item on the order was incorrect and it was almost $30. I talk to the manager at the store well you'll have to talk to the main office. I talk to the main office they said it was up to the store and at the store would be contacting me. This was 5 months ago and we haven't heard one word. They owe us every penny back, we don't want their food, I suggest you go to the Braum's on East Admiral or on South Harvard where you will get reliably good food and excellent service.   I come to this location fairy frequently for lunch during the work week and I've always been very impressed. No matter how many cars are in front of me, I never have a long wait. The drive thru staff is always super friendly and hustling. My order has never been wrong no matter how special. The food is always hot and fresh. And the kicker? I've always had everything I've needed in my bag...straw, napkins, utensils & ketchup if I request it (and they never fail to ask). Because I only get an hour including drive time, I appreciate their hard work & accuracy. I wish all restaurants were this consistently awesome!
