  I placed an order and the only confirmation of my order received was the email from my PayPal payment to the store. The items did not arrive until over a month later. They did not notify me that my items would be arriving late. Their website says "EASY RETURNS" in big bold letters at the top. When you click the link, it takes you to a blank page with no return instructions. I emailed them through their website based email as well as the email listed through PayPal. Two weeks later, still no response. I finally just decided to return the items to the return shipping address. I decided to contact the Better Business Bureau to get my money back. They finally refunded me, and then told me to keep the items instead of shipping them back. I had already shipped them back though, so I asked them to refund the shipping costs, which they did by sending me a money order. I will not be ordering anything from them again.
