::If I could leave no stars I would! This is the worst dr office I have ever been to!! The insurance lady with the blonde wig was very rude and didn't want to take my insurance even though she spoke to them and they said it was available she said no she doesn't want to .. she clearly doesnt care about patients or people and she needs to find a new job because this one isn't for her ..I will definitely not be returning that's for sure they will not get one dime of my money or insurance!!! And the place was very much ran down and dirty!!! It was soooo horrible beware!!! As you can see all the bad reviews there feed back is not important they are racist

::I didn't originally click with my first doc there and thats ok not everyone jives together. However they tried me with a new doctor today and I really liked her. She made me feel comfortable, let me talk and express my frustrations without judgment, and explained the process of what I needed to do to get my proper diagnosis of Autism. Also the front office staff seems very different from my previous experience. They we very kind to me even through my upset. I appreciate them working with me

::This is the worst doctor's office I've ever been to in my 52 years of life. The receptionist in this office should not be in the medical profession. They're rude, obnoxious and definitely not there to help you. If you're planning to make an appointment at this location I recommend you not to. You will definitely regret it. If you try calling to cancel or reschedule an appointment trust me they will not answer and send you to voicemail and then want to charge you $40 for missing an appointment. I think that's how they make most of their money robbing people.

::A friend goes to this clinic and she shared that the front end staff is extremely rude and they discriminate Spanish speaking patients. To my understanding one of the patients rights is to be spoken in their language. Given the fact that these offices are in Florida and the Spanish speaking population is high in the State almost all offices have Spanish speaking staff. I recommended she report this to the Insurance company immediately.

::This place deserves 0 stars, but because that's not a option on here it gets 1 star. The receptionists were exceptionally rude and disrespectful. This establishment treats it's patients like they're all psycho. My husband was prescribed a schizophrenia medication even though he suffers from panic disorder. Amy Card didn't believe my husband when he said he had gone to the ER for the problem just a couple nights ago and tried saying because she also works at the hospital, even though my husband handed her his paperwork from his ER visit. To sum it all up, it was a horrible experience for my husband and instead of coming out feeling like he was helped he came out of that office feeling worse, and attacked. Edit in response to office's response: My husband has gotten feedback from another psychiatrist from his THIRD ER visit that expressed that the medication Amy Card was trying to put my husband on was wildly unnecessary considering my husband's disorder.
