  My wife and I shared a great experience at Brandon Mall Dental. Yesterday we were seen for a six month maintenance. We were both promptly seen. The staff was excellent, professional, and caring. From the X-tech to the hygienist we received exceptional service. As usual, Dr. Atchinson was cheerful, thorough, patient, and answered all questions. By far, Dr. Atchinson is the best dentist we've encountered. The entire procedure was painless, and we were on our way in less than an hour. We wholeheartedly recommend Brandon Mall Dental.   This place is HORRIBLE!!! I called to make an appointment and then lady put me on hold and they went to lunch while keeping on hold. No one ever answers the phone and if they do it’s someone who is rude acting like we wasting their time meanwhile they wasting ours. Never able to make appointments at this place. These people are unprofessional!!! I’m telling everyone that I know not to go here. You will never get by business again. If these people don’t want to help anyone than they don’t need to be a dentist cause this place don’t care about you or your teeth just your money. Also nothing is ever covered under your insurance they always telling me I got pay out of pocket like…. What’s the point of insurance than if I’m going to pay than I wouldn’t need insurance I pay it myself I though insurance would cover you but was dead wrong. Don’t know what this world is coming too.

  If I could this place a negative -100 stars I would. spent three hours there just for them not to do anything. Was trying to get me to pay $450 per wisdom tooth because they didn’t want to take the proper steps n run it through my insurance which fully covers it. Their tools looked dirty n used. They also don’t answer or return phone calls. If your dentist refers you to them . Request somewhere else immediately.

  Don't ever go here!! They don't answer their phone and they don't return phone calls. I had to physically drive to the office to schedule and reschedule my son appointments. I also set up a payment plan for my braces with my job insurance I paid them 1611 cash. I changed jobs and gave them my new insurance card the manager told me that my insurance was good, so I thought my new insurance was covering my 93.00 payments with my new insurance and they waited until 5 months later to tell me that my son was not covered by my new insurance. I ask to speak with the Orthodontist and he told me it didn't matter that his manager told me that my insurance was good, I got upset because I am the customer and that is not good customer service and he asked me to leave I asked him what will I do about my son braces after I told him let me pay you the back pay and let's just let it go. He said nothing don't come back! My son still has a year left for his braces and now I have to possibly start all over with someone else. Altogether with insurance it was 3500 and I only had 1700 left to pay.I was going to give them 500.00 on the day they asked me to leave. They have terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they made me waste a lot of time and money. They don't care about their customers at all.

  I've been calling for 2 months now trying to get threw. All I ask for is a referral and they don't want to give me one because they said everything I need done they can do...however when I was there 2 months ago I asked them to change out tools because they were rusty and the paper bag they were in was burned. The dentist said nothing is wrong with them and used them anyway. I cannot afford 5-7k dollars and need to go elsewhere. I've left several messages with the answering service and no luck. Just answer the PHONE! Send me a referral please!
