::I bought 3 vouchers through amazon local for this in-home florist company with an expiration date of 12/1/13 . I used two and Brandi, ( owner) said not to worry about the expiration date on the third, that she would still honor it. I messaged Brandi in Dec to set up delivery but she didn't reply to my texts. In Jan I sent her more texts as well as messages on Facebook asking when she could deliver as well as posting pics of flower arrangements i saw online and asking if she could make them, ( as of this posting she STILL has not read my face book messages dating from 12/28 thru feb 4) no reply to my texts. She finally replied to my text asking why she was ignoring me, she said she had an emergency in another state and she apologized. no problem I thought, I can wait for her to return home and I figured she would be more professional henceforth. 2 weeks later on Jan 31 she sent a text message at 8 AM stating that she was on her way to the flower market and asking if I want flowers the following day and she apologized again - " thank you for being so understanding by the way. I'm sorry for the debacle" . I didn't reply right away, ( I was sleeping ) but did reply several hours later that first we needed to agree on an arrangement and I proceeded to describe what I was looking for and if she could do it, I also directed her again to face book to look at pictures , ( again, she never replied). FEB 10, AGAIN I asked her to look at the pics I messaged to her at her business site on face book and to let me know which ones she could make so I could set up delivery. She replied " ok, I'll take a look, when were you hoping for delivery?" I replied that I would like delivery on February 28th . on Feb 14 I asked if she looked at the pics I posted yet, ( NO REPLY ) on Feb 27th I messaged her asking if she was going to deliver on the 28th and if she looked at the pics I posted, ( NO REPLY ) . March 6th I requested a refund as my repeated attempts to communicate with her were brushed off and I felt it best to just issue me a refund. Brandi surprisingly replied a few minutes later and said my voucher expired and I would have to contact AmazonLocal . She should be ashamed of her unprofessional behavior and stealing my hard earned money to keep for herself. She claims she made" numerous attempts" to deliver flowers, ( texting me at 8 in the morning asking if I want delivery the following day does NOT amount to numerous attempts). I HAVE SAVED EVERY TEXT MESSAGE SINCE CHRISTMAS AND CAN BACK UP MY REVIEW . The owner is UNTRUSTWORTHY!!
