::No 2nds on protein, but all the cake you want. The Army chart for protein at 200lbs is 172grams a day. No way I can get 172 grams from single servings per meal. Why would 100lbs female and me get the same serving. Army, treat your military members like wat fighters not part of a budget savings. Never had this problem at an AF DFAC.

::The food is fine, but how they serve it makes zero sense. You can get 2 hamburgers, a hamburger and a hot dog along with chicken wings, but if want two servings of something healthy (fish, chicken) you are turned down. What sense does that make? Typical stupid Army nonthinking. Soldiers work hard and need lots of CLEAN food! Wake up!! No wonder we have a problem with PT and fat Soldiers.
