::I am happy with my Mini purchase and the transaction went very smooth. My lease is up in 3 months, so I had ample time to handle, but walked in to the Mini dealer on my spare time and was able to work out a fair deal with Louella Monte (Sales Mgr), Nico Bak (Advisor) and Sergio Rivera (Finance). I must admit that I had a very bad experience some years ago at Braman, but the change of management; restructuring and/or new personnel has really made a huge difference. In fact, I went into Braman telling them of my prior bad experience there, and they promised to change my mind before I left the showroom...they did! :)

Not only I rated it a 5 star quality, I rate it excellent in their employees' manners and attitudes ....All are A++, starting with Danny that first took care of my recall/update issue to the valet that brought back my car....Amazing:)

::This is a really nice place. The sales professionals always let people walk freely so we can check out the cars. We brought my car from Paul Santos and we could not be happier. We did everything over the phone and online and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. The deal was very smooth! Great interest rate!. I will call Paul again to get my daughter's car. ::I was very glad when service advisor Daniel Soto received my mini and explained that it was not a major service my car was due for. He scheduled oil and filter change and coordinated everything to have mi Little One ready within two hours, including spotless interior and exterior cleaning! Daniel’s customer care attitude manifest in the efficiency and courtesy I have experienced when he has taken care of servicing my car, no matter the size of the job!
