  **UPDATE: After I left the shop, a day or two after I noticed my car was making a really weird noise - like a helicopter whirling. I took it to another auto shop (PV Auto Service) and they said that my wheel hadn't been locked after my pads were replaced. Luckily I brought it in as quickly as I did and they fixed it for no charge. A little disappointed in Brake Stop so dropping a star off my rating.** Fast, friendly and amazing work! Didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable like I normally do at a car mechanic shop. I got my front brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced for $130. Absolutely outstanding pricing! 10/10 would recommend.

  I was pleasantly surprised to see that the reviews were right about this place. Carlos and the others were very courteous. I am never happy about paying for car repairs but you can't beat this place. 100% honest and fast. I have a new mechanic. I'll be back and I now have a place to recommend to friends. Price was under quote as well.

  Carlos did an amazing job with me today. Only went in for a registration inspection and he made me feel like we had been friends for years. I am new to the area and he was helping familiarize the area. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

  These guys are fast,always excellent techs,and make you feel as if they take it personal prioritizing your need to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Always friendly and informative about the issue(s) with your vehicle - contrary to many other mechanics I’ve been too. They actually explain in layman’s terms what was wrong and why,which really helps on larger more costly repairs - as opposed to many other guys who charge an arm and leg without detailed explanation. Love ‘em!

  I've been in the car business for 35 yrs and can tell you there is no place better then the brake stop for car repairs. Very honest and always saves me money. Where else can you go and deal with the owner of the company- Carlos and his staff are awesome.
