::I went to the station this morning and attempted to use my BP rewards card. I don't carry the card with me so I am accustomed to pressing cancel and entering my cell number to use my card. The station has the instruction cards up, yet there is no cancel button on the pump. When I pressed the clear button, nothing happened so I went inside to notify the gentleman and he rudely said press clear press clear. I showed him that pressing clear did nothing and proceeded to enter my loyalty ID on his credit card terminal to show him what I was talking about. It accepted my id and I handed him my credit card. He said they do not take credit cards inside the station only at the pump. I asked him if it was a credit card machine that I entered my number into and he said yes but it doesn't take cards only reward cards. You can't pay for gas with a reward card unless it is a credit card also, which then makes his point of not accepting cards mute. I then informed the gentleman that this is not good business practice or customer service and the patrons in the area will not stand for it, especially from a new business. BUYER BEWARE!!
