  Inconsiderate cabbies gridlock the area, should be restricted given how limited gas is in Manhattan ... they take coffee breaks while there lines ... there a Manhattan surcharge on their gas ..avoid ... maybe it would drive down the cost

  Lot cheaper than Mobil on 11 and 51. Tunnel traffic is BAD
