::Here most mornings before work for my cheap coffee. The old dude at the counter is cool. Always playing some crazy jazz or Wilco.

::The store is a good place to stop for quick things you might need on the go. You get what you need and the staff are efficient.

::I just wanted to post to laugh at the two very obviously white men who say they haven’t experienced stuff like the other reviewers have. Because of course they haven’t experienced the subtle and sometimes outright racism that people of color, and in particular, black women, experience every day. As someone who can look racially ambiguous, I’ve seen the difference between how people treat me as a blonde in winter vs as a dark brunette with a summer tan. And if I happen to wear a hair scarf people stare like I’m going to rip open my coat to display a suicide vest. All people have racial biases, whether they realize it or not. And most people treat people of different ethnicities differently, whether they mean to or not. It happens and telling the (white) manager really isn’t likely to help. But writing about their experiences online let’s other people of color know what to expect from an establishment, or if they should avoid it altogether.

::I have never experienced anything like what all the negative reviews say, but they seem to have happened a long time ago. Everyone that works there has been nice, and they have a great selection of stuff. The only problem I have is that food can be pretty expensive, but that is normal for a convenience store.

::In my experience this is been a very nice gas station. They have everything in stock, and the people are nice. If you have a bad experience, talk to the manager. If that doesn't work, contact corporate. Don't vent online, it gets you nowhere unknown unknown...
