  The fence between the BP station and the property containing Cici Nails has been broken for many years. The local undesirables use this for unrestricted crossing between the two properties. The broken fence also encourages illegal dumping. It's obvious that the staff of the BP station clean up that area very infrequently. I'm really glad Dan PC, moved out of the storefront he had there. I could never figure out why anybody never complained to who ever owns the BP station property. If it hasn't happened already, cars on the adjacent property will eventually wind up getting vandalized or stolen.
