  SOOOOO AWESOME! Skip going to UPS, USPS, or FedEx if you have an important package that you want packed and shipped in a timely manner. There was no wait, the manager himself measured my item, and personally packed it himself. He said I didn't even have to wait there while he packed it, since I already had a label. It took less than 10 minutes. I waited at FedEx for 30 minutes without even an acknowledgement. Left and was so happy I went to Box Brothers instead.

  Very helpful and friendly. The shipping and packing options were well explained. There was no attempt to upsell.

  Complete Jerks, We never been to this boxing store and we came to Henderson all the way to Sahara, it was a long drive. We drove up and I want them to box up the planes we have and the guy said, "Oh I cannot do that, I am very behind on boxes to be package." It was so rude he said that. There is no one in the store and I was pretty mad when I left. All he did was weigh the planes and gave us 2 boxes FOR US to box. They are very rude. I am never going to this place. Not even 1 star
