The place is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I took my 4 grandsons for an afternoon of bowling and time in the arcade. Snack bar is overpriced. Eat before you go. The arcade was limited, and the games are overpriced so much so that a $25 card lasts 30 minutes at most. They could lower prices at both snack bar and arcade to give their customers a fun experience without costing a fortune.

Amazing time there last night with my friend group! The service we received was great and was very consistent! Great job to the manager Barrett for helping out with our large party! The cooks Isla and Brent made sure our order was correct and the food was delicious!! The bar and bartender Nikki and George was very fast with our orders and the drinks was great!! All around wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!! If you are in the Cary area this is definitely the place to go!!!

The lanes themselves are not bad at all but there are not enough of them. And the unlimited bowling deal sounds great till you find out that it’s at the same time as league nights which uses up all the lanes making it pointless unless you want to start bowling at 10pm on a weekday. I was told that I should come during the day to get a lane. That’s ridiculous since I have to work and the prices without any specials are very high. It’s not worth the price at all. They purposely offer the deals during times you can’t use them. It’s like not having them at all. I will not be returning to this location again. Buffalo Lanes offer their best deals at all times so that’s where I’ll be going.

First time bowling in 15 years. A group of friends (50-65 years old) met there for an evening of friendship and fun. The manager was very helpful in resolving an online booking issue., and he checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was going good. The porter checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. All the workers that I dealt with were friendly and attentive. The only thing negative I would say: This is a very old bowling alley (I used to come here 45 years ago as I grew up just down the street) and they have upgraded a lot of things as far as the bowling area, but from the lanes back to the food and bar area it seems a little dated. We had a good time, and will come back again.

I don’t understand how the customer service fell so far below par in a year. I completely understand if employees are off their “A” game, especially if it’s very busy and short staffed. However, when the manager refuses to accommodate with simple things such as tables and the lack of food served an hour late with no explanation nor apologies from the manager, it really forces you to explore other options moving forward. It’s a shame because our employees loved celebrating our company holiday parties here year after year. It kind of became a company tradition.
