::I dropped in here for three days and felt very welcome by the members and coaches. Even though I wasn't a regular / got some great pointers from the coaching staff. It was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to drop in.

::This gym has been very lucky that they don't have an abundance of neon clad douchebags that are attracted to New York CrossFit gyms. The trainers here are wonderful and the facilities are great in the limited space. This is New York and no gym can be as expansive as Ohio or a pole barn somewhere in the burbs. They have a great onboarding program and bootcamp style classes if you enjoy intense focused attention. There is a weight lifting club as well if you would like to focus on Olympic lifting and power lifting.

::I have been going to Bowery for almost a year now and this is by far the best gym and best group of trainers in New York. Isa, John, Ryan, Teo, Jesse and Alison are the ones I have worked with the most and everyone of them are top notch people. Not only are they great people, but they are awesome coaches that truly want you to be the best you can be and they do it every single day. I recommend this gym to everyone I know and would recommend the gym to anyone who wants to get better at whatever their goal is and have fun in the process. Great people + hard work + amazing coaches = great results!

::Being shy and never attending a gym before can be overwhelming. I wanted to change my lifestyle (actually be in a shape) and get healthier, Bowery CrossFit helps with that!! There are dedicated staff that help with all levels from beginners like myself to people continuing with their athletic and strength training ways. The staff make sure that you are performing the movements correctly to get the most out of each workout and stay safe. Every class is different, you will 100% be sore and sweaty by the end of it but you are surrounded by awesome people. If you want to take the plunge and break from your comfort zone, this is the place to be!!
