  Personell really great to work with. Nonjudgemental if you're recovering your repo'd car. Repo person, not so careful with getting into your car! Scratched the inside of body on door and on inside of door, pretty bad with their "lockout kit" AND, there is a thief on their staff. Stole one thing from my car inventory. How do I know? The item stolen, has NEVER been anywhere other than the place that it's ALWAYS been and it is now, GONE from my belongings! Uncool

  Unethical way of conducting business. They did not allow my friend to get the items out their vehicle so we called the police. The police informed the company they were not conducting their business according to policy. We were able to get the things out of the vehicle. Also, the inexperienced tow truck operator DAMAGED my friends vehicle and they will be sued for damages
