  I called Bottini Fuel in Wappingers Falls, NY on June 4th to report I had no hot water and very low water pressure. Bottini sent a service technician (Shawn) to my home the same day. Shawn was professional, very knowledgeable and he calmly explained the process he would go through to get to the problem and the possible issues we would have to deal with. I want to say ‘thank you’ and commend him for how I was treated. I am a long time customer of Bottini and I rely on them more as the years go on. Thank you for your responsiveness and reliability.   Your technician named Al, positioned a new 500 gallon propane tank in my yard, and carefully installed the necessary lines for its operation. He meticulously set the regulator on my siding, and "cleaned up" the pre existing piping, explaining to me as he worked. This technician worked carefully and professionally, and is a definite asset to the Bottini team. I'm now an official member of the Bottini team also. Signed, One Pleased Customer

  I purchased a new oil boiler and a new Mitsubishi air conditioner. I was impressed with the courtesy and skill of the installation team on both projects. The quality of their effort was excellent and I would recommend them to others. I was also like to compliment the support I received from Ron Thomas. He went out of his way to assure that all the paperwork required for the Central Hudson rebate was filled out and precisely done right. I cannot say enough for the team at Bottini.

  Bottini Fuel did an excellent job replacing my 29 year old boiler. Their install team (George, Dave & Adam) were hard working, knowledgeable and professional. The work was of the highest quality and very neat. The cost was very reasonable in comparison to other competitive bids. Choose Bottini Fuel, you will not be disappointed!

  Bottini has been an excellent, community-minded service provider since we started with them. My recent experience with their team when we received a gas odor was efficient and excellent. And even though it didn't turn out to be a gas problem, they were extremely helpful in getting to what the real issue was. Highly recommended.
