::They'll say anything to get your business, then will bring you the round about for eta and won't let you speak to a manager. It's taken 6 days for a 1 DAY transit out of PA & still no guarantee we will receive it! We stopped using them previously for the same issues, we thought they would be better now. They may save you money on the shipping but from a business aspect it costs more in wait time! **UPDATE: 6/17 STILL no delivery, shipment has been sitting at terminal in Boston since Friday, still no movement!
