::Only dealt with transportation department but it was a brutally slow and unclear experience. They sure don't make anything easy and it took about 1 hour longer than it should have. Front information lady and security were super nice!

::Nice Spot to take a rest walking the city in front of the large Boston sign.

::We had a town hall wedding here. The style of the building is not my favorite. However this was the perfect location for our pictures later. What really made the great impression is the way we were treated. We weren't expecting anything but the security staff, and the Justice of Piece were amazing. We got so many congratulations, random staff kept asking if we knew where to go, if we needed help. The Justice of Piece was so welcoming, thank you Maureen Feeney!

::It prob is one of oldest city halls in USA. So it's historic, but kinda dated inside. Worked here a few years ago, well laid out multi floor design.

::I never like to go to any city halls, I feel like getting permits etc is always such a hassle and staff majority of the time is not friendly. I am a new resident and the people from the greeters to the people who helped me get my permits were all super nice, fast and accommodating. Made moving a lot less stressful
