  I decided to try this place and ordered my wedding flowers, which was a huge mistake. We had a terrible customer service, he was making higher and higher prices on the go. We paid over 600$ for our order, he charged us for delivery, when on their website is advertised free delivery on orders over 100$. When the flowers arrived, we got different colors from what we asked, cheapest possible selections, I could get each of this compositions for 50$ in Stapleton vs 150 that he charged us. Compositions were made without any taste. I don't recommend this place for anybody. This person is interested only in overcharging you and doesn't care ab customers at all, I rarely write reviews but I was so disappointed that I had to share it. If you need a bouquet of flowers this place might work, when you see what you are buying, but if you plan any event, better don't risk and avoid this place, because he will push you all the worst stuff to make better profits.

  Wow, this was such a cute little shop! They had TONS of different flowers and plants, and they assemble everything on the spot, so every bouquet is unique. I really enjoyed my experience shopping here, and I plan to go again and again! I highly recommend it!

  Love this place! Found it serendipitously while walking on Commonwealth--they had bundles of flowers all over the sidewalk! Funny, because it was actually my wife's birthday, so it must have been a sign! Anyway, I walked in and the owner, Nick, treated me like an old friend. We joked and he made me a custom arrangement on the spot. They even had Birds of Paradise (my wife's favorite). Thought it was cool that they had exotic flowers right in Boston. I thought the prices were fair on my arrangement, and I had such a pleasant in-store experience. I usually don't write reviews, but I thought Boston City Florist deserved some justice. Needless to say, she loved the flowers!

  I came to Boston City Florist to get a bouquet for a friend's dance recital, and the people working there were so helpful and put together such beautiful bouquet for me. I really appreciate that this florist had a wide variety of flowers and plants to choose from that were fresh and beautiful. I really like this little florist!

  I don't know why people have such negative things to say... I have only had great experiences with this business. For a small business, they always have a huge selection of flowers. I have ordered them for my daughter at BU almost monthly and they always deliver :-) Living in the Boston Area, I have sent them to coworkers and family members alike. Any issue I've ever encountered has been resolved smoothly.... I will continue to shop from BCF thank you for the beautiful flowers!!!
