    This is a real no nonsense gym. The trainers are solid and the environment is clean and friendly. If you want to sweat and learn the correct form this is the place for you. Oh and if you want to laugh that will happen to!

    DO NOT GO TO JOEL. He is a liar and does not care about his clients. During our session I asked him to show me exercises that I could do by myself at home. He didn't show me any during our session, and said "I'll email you some exercises and some videos. Text me to remind me." I texted him and he never responded. I called and he never responded. Finally after a week he said "that is not included in what you paid for." Well then why did you offer?! The man is flaky and unreliable and can't be trusted.
