  beside the experience ,the girl who wears the glasses in reception not friendly at all and has fake smile .hard to talk to her even on phone . she is the worst person there.

  I had FUT done at Boston Bosley on 2015 for 1300 graft. After 2 years all 1300 graft didn't grow. I went for Consultant on December 2017, I meet with Mike Khouri. What a great guy. He is not a sales person, he is like a friend. Very helpful and great attitude. I was seen by Dr. Tyler.J.West another great person at this office. He examine my scalp and looked all the planted graft from 2015. He also thought that all 1300 graft didn't grow and offer me 500 free graft for replacement.(That' s called Bosley Guarantee). I think Bosley really care for their patient and want them to be happy customer. Along with the free 500 graft Dr. Tyler suggest to get couple hundred more graft for me, i liked the suggestions. After my consultant, Mike called me couple times to know my decision . He gave me a good pricing for the graft i was buying but i couldn't do the transplant this year because of my own problem. I will be doing the procedure next year and Bosley/Mike promise me to give same deal next year. I am very happy Bosley customer. Would recommend Boston Bosley to all my friends and family if they considering to do the hair transplant in future. Thank you Mike and Thank you Bosley.... ☺

  I'll be honest and say my initial experience with Bosley left a lot to be desired. I also rarely go out of my way to write reviews. I started contemplating doing something about thinning hair, but only mildly, since it is not too far along yet. It was odd, I would receive promotions, and then I would try to follow up, and there was almost zero response from Bosley?? I pretty much gave up with the outcome being REALLY poor perception of Bosley. Then I get a call from a new person at Boston office (Mike), and it was night and day. From the initial conversation, he feels immediately like a friend, guiding me through the process from my thoughts as to what I should do (or even if I should do anything) and I honestly felt like I was the ONLY customer the whole office had. I lead a team of sales professionals, and have my thoughts on how a customer should be treated, and Mike was meticulous to say the least. Fast forward, and I ended up having a procedure with Bosley done with the guidance from Mike, and everything went according to plan. My opinion, reach out to the office and ask for Mike if you have any thoughts or just want to have a non pressure conversation, he was exceptional at single handedly changing my whole perception about Bosley, and creating an awesome experience throughout the process.

  First, I would like to say Mike is the best. He truly cares about your needs and making sure you are happy with your results. The team that I worked with was great. Overall this office was a great experience. I had a couple issues with my hair and Bosley of Boston quickly got me back in and fixed it. I am very happy with the results. Dr. Phillips does great work and I believe I will have an awesome head of hair in 8 months once I come in for my final appointment. I'd like to finish again with Mike, not only does he have a hairline to be envious of, but he is by far the best consultant I have ever worked with. Mike has also taken it as his personal mission to get my hairline straightened and lowered. I had to add another note the day after second surgery. First, Dr. Phillips called in the morning to ask how I was doing; which was very awesome. Second, as I was going through my bag from Bosley I found a card. What was in the card was very heart felt from the Bosley team. Truly an amazing experience and people.

  I had my procedure at Bosley Medical Center in Boston last week and to say that I am happy about my decision to come to Bosley would be an understatement. The entire staff was amazing and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable the ENTIRE way through, answering all of my questions as they came up. I met with Mike at my consultation and he was so easy to open up to about something so personal and that made all the difference. He walked me through the whole process but never tried too hard to sell to me anything that I didn't need.... and the whole thing ended up being just as painless as he said it would be. I can't wait to see the results of Dr. Halford's work!
