  I went to the Bose factory outlet in Deer Park try to return a pair of headphones I had a dispute with the manager in the store he told me that the headphone sounded okay to him I know for a fact that one of the headphones on the right side was not working he did give me my money back and didn't offer any other products or anything else to accommodate me it has left the horrible taste in my mouth in reference to Bose products which I was using considerably often up to this point I wish bows would stand behind their name and their products and the customer usually is always right I will never buy another Bose park again mark my word

  Salesperson upsells stuff. I was ready to buy a reasonably priced soundbar but they keep talkin s**t about it so I just left. Bose outlet on Ebay is a lot better, they deliver straight to your door without the bs.

  Went to look at some speakers. I'm old-fashioned, I like a large speakers. The only ones were tiny with big sound but not for me. Manny is a very good salesman.
