  I always have a hard time finding a customer service desk to cash out. Its very annoying. I love the clothes and other items. Shoe dept needs more people to service the customers.

  I love shopping here. You can find some good buys there. It's handicap accessible and their service is great. I've never had a bad experience there.

  Love this department store. Great selection, especially the mens suit/dressy area. Always running nice sales here. Usually my first stop when I need some new threads

  You can do most of your shopping here. There's clothing/shoes, furniture (prices seemed a bit high), lawn/garden care, gift wrapping station, housewares, etc. I've been to the store twice and both times the store employees walked pass me and other customers without greeting. There's a few mini carts and in-store shopping bags for customer's use. I haven't seen an elevator, not to say there isn't one, but you'll have to carry your items in hand to the next level and find a cart. Better off using one of the shopping bags. Prices are decent on most items though.
