  Went to the farmers market, great stuff, wide range of products, but most only take cash, no credit or debit card

  This is a very historic house built by a wealthy man back in the 1800s. Architecture buffs galore ! Great view of hudson and nice scenery of the Hudson Highland mountains. I would recommend a stop over if your in the area. Marie gave me a tour of the house and it was VERY interesting

  This is a beautiful area for walking and it has an interesting history. The tour is brief - no more than an hour. Our tour guide, Sam Lawson, was incredible! He had a deep knowledge of the house and such great enthusiasm for its history and architecture that really enhanced the tour. The pictures give an idea of what you can see. This is a worthwhile visit on a beautiful day and it’s just a quick drive away from Cold Spring. Visit the museum midday, then go into town for some novelty shopping and food
