  I have been going to Health Quest Physical Therapy at Forest Hills for almost two month to treat frozen shoulder condition. I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I first came here because it was after my condition worsened from unprofessional treatment in prior PT offices. I was nervous and in pain but that didn't stop me from trying. I was recommended by another client who also attended physical therapy here and she told me that it changed her life. I totally have to agree. From my first appointment PT Boris Paltielov greeted me with a smile, engaged me in an in-depth conversation about my shoulder while checking every joint in my body; then he observed my hand movement and walking. After that he developed a personalized treatment plan which included electrical stimulation, massage and manual therapy to increase shoulder mobilization and improve range of motion in my shoulder. Most important he developed individual core-strengthening exercises that I could realistically do inside the office and at home. After 2 month I can say that I finally found a place where they treat the source of pain. Boris Paltielov is top notch and professional. He is very knowledgeable, carrying and super accommodating; he takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses them. He explained all the steps in the process, reason for every exercise and made adjustments along the way based on my actual progress. In addition to his professional acumen, he is fun and a pleasant person. I also appreciate his entire staff and their sincerity in helping each patient to get better. I slowly regaining my core strength and I’m able to return to my normal activities with more energy than before and without the pain in my shoulder. After every appointment I noticed a huge difference in my performance, posture and overall comfort. I would highly recommend Boris Paltielov and his entire staff at Health Quest Physical Therapy to anyone seeking specialized treatment for an orthopedic problem, treatment after surgery, recovering from an injury or a long-term health problem. He is simply the BEST!
