  Trainer is knowledgeable. Takes the time to talk to you and ask what you want from the gym. Plenty of room to work out and the environment is welcoming .

  Best traditional boxing place in town , amazing coaches, everybody is super friendly and supportive like a big family. Defenetly recomend it for anybody looking to learn how to box, get in shape or start fighting.
