  Border Fence used to be a fantastic company when owned and operated by David Leyva. They were a small company with a big heart. Not only did they perform flawlessly and professionnaly they also had some of the best prices in town. David was not only a philanthropist but also a 32 degree Master Mason, Scottish Rite Mason and Shriner. To hear the reports of his old company would have broken his heart. Both the man and the company deserved FIVE STARS. Unfortunately David is gone.
