  First let me say I shop here a lot for all my work wear, and for going out on the town on a Saturday night. Everyone here is always helpful and the prices are fantastic. I recently bought a pair of work boots which I thought were steel toe. A week into my offshore job I realized they weren’t. My fault completely...I just didn’t check to see if they were. In any case when I brought them back and explained what happened, the manager told me he wouldn’t be able to return them but he would gladly give me store credit-even though he technically shouldn’t since it was my fault for buying the wrong boots. You can’t get better customer service than that. For him to do that, to me that’s what keeps me coming back for all my western wear and work wear needs. Thank you to boot barn management and all the staff. You guys truly are the best and I appreciate what you did for me when you didn’t have to. Thanks!

  I have a hard time finding boots that fit, but their salesman helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Very professional, not pushy and very down to earth. Will definitely return for next pair of boots.

  Boot Barn was an awesome place, the inventory was great as well. We personally do not like pressure when shopping and we felt that way twice, first my girl friend called me from the store, we wanted to get some boots but that some sales rep was bird dogging her. So I told her to wait. So we want together, yep. Same thing

  Every every time we come to Vegas we always stop at Boot Barn and buy some cowboy boots, a nice man named Dan helped us, he was great. The fact is everyone in the store is great. Highly recommended going to that Boot Barn.

  もう何も言いません。素晴らしいの一言です。 カーボーイグッズが、店内ずらり。 日本ではあまりメジャーじゃないので、これだけの物量が普通に売られており、多くの人で賑わっていることにまず驚きです。 ブーツも何百種類の物が揃っており、圧巻です。 カーボーイハットも種類の豊富さには脱帽。 メーカーによって、若干のサイズの違いが有り、ネット通販ではなかなかフィット感が分からないのですが、ここではサイズも豊富で勿論試着も出来るので、ジャストフィットの物をすぐに選択できます。 シャツももう凄い種類が有り、特にラングラーのシャツが多かったようです。 アメリカのシャツは袖が長めにできているのですが、このラングラーはジャストフィット。 店員さんもみんな明るく、気軽に声を掛けてくれて冗談も言ってくれます。 勿論店内のBGMはカントリーミュージック。 カジノも良いのですが、本当にこの店で1日過ごす方が精神的に満たされてしまうような感じがしました。 街の外れにありますが、滞在中は毎日行ったぐらいです。
