  I had suffered an incredible episode of having my pkone hacked, (download whatever protection you can from Google play store to prevent your experiencing this nightmare), and though contractually boost was not responsible for the damage the hackers caused, albeit I had no phone to continue service through, the Manager at this Location went above and beyond to keep me as a satisfied customer! We discussed my affinity for Galaxy Samsung products but they had discontinued my model, however Another competitor had previously offered their model if I "Switched", and upon learning of the proffered deal he (The Man ager of Boost) gave me the very Galaxy Phone he had actually been talking on previous to hearing my woeful dilemma. Quite an upgrade and a practice in Customer Service seldom seen in our modern business practices. So there in one fell swoop, he had garnered my Loyalty to the Service I have always enjoyed, and my Gratitude at being treated not be only kind but as if I the customer, actually mattered! I have nothing but good things to say of my Services they provide and the Treatment I received during a devastatingly traumatic experience that he had no liability to but listened with compassion and went above and beyond the Call of Duty. Thank You so Very Much Sincerely, a Very satisfied Customer.
