  I was wanting to change my monthly plan to something that better suited my needs. Having already researched my options online, I went into the store for further assistance in making the change. The lady working was confused when I asked her about the $35 monthly plans so that's when i mentioned how I had seen the deal online. She then goes to tell me that because i had an Iphone I had to have a plan of at least $50 a month but if I was interested in paying for the cheaper plan she had plenty of Androids I could look into. I told her no thank you and left. Not trusting her expertise, as she did not seem very knowledgeable from the beginning, I later decided to stop by a different location and speak to someone else. Turns out i WAS ABLE to switch to the cheaper plan. Bottom line, do your research and don't trust everything a sales associate is telling you.

  This is my favorite store always nice and helpful. They answer any questions i have.
