  Had a great experience and the ring looks great. They walked me through the whole process of buying an engagement ring. I didn't feel rushed at all.

  Boone & Sons is fabulous. They have helped me so much: rebuilding a ring that kept loosing diamonds, cleaning and repairing watches, and steering me through the insurance process after loosing a diamond earring. They are trustworthy and offer solid, dependable advice. I always feel comfortable purchasing from them, and they are very nice people to boot. A DC and McLean institution.

  My father has been shopping at this jewelers for years. Recently I cleaned up my jewelry box and found a piece I received five years ago that I'd never worn. I took it to them to see if I could trade it in for something else. They said OK but would only give me 55% of the original value. Bad customer service in my opinion. I won't be back and will ask my dad not to return.
