  Grandma and I visited here today and the young man was intelligent, quick to help, and spent the necessary time with us. He was very attentive. I was impressed by his clean-cut appearance, the cleanliness and well-lit store, and the general organization and cleanliness of the place. Grandma found what she wanted, and I found something too. Good visit.

  1st time here. Walked in and two employees scattered. The one left at counter never said a word to me. Walked around looking at books. Two others came in to trade books. He addressed them and was polite. Never asked me if I needed anything while I was in store. Watched me walk out and never said a word to me. Service was poor and I won't go back.
