  Bonza Bodies is fantastic. I've tried several different workout plans to keep me motivated and the only one that does is Bonza. The trainers are knowledgeable, funny and keep the workouts changing. They're really great about making sure you don't hurt yourself and if you have an injury, they're quick to modify the workout for you. Whether you're working out with them in the studio or at Red Rocks, you'll walk away (sometimes with shaky legs!) satisfied and ready to come back for more!

  Bonza Bodies is a very small and intimate gym but it really works for me. I get really bad anxiety in big gyms, that are all glitz and glamour and way to crowded. Everyone who goes to this gym is focused on personal fitness not scoring someones digits. 'Bonza Bodies is where true fitness starts.
