  Absolutely love her! Dr. Helfner and her team are nothing shy of INCREDIBLE! Every single person in the office is amazing! I used to avoid the dentist at all costs but stumbling upon Dr. Helfner and her team I’m completely comfortable and confident with the treatments and procedures I have done. Dr. Helfner treats each patient like a friend with genuine care and concern and her staff does the same. I’ve been to other offices that are friendly but when you walk in the door it’s just like any other office. Dr. Helfner’s office is warm and inviting. Hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I recommend Dr. Helfner and her team to EVERYONE! My family will stick with her for as long as she’s practicing!

  Extremely happy with the service and staff. Bonnie and her team really know how to roll out the red carpet for their customers. The thing I love most though is being taken for an appointment on time. It means I don't need to take a whole day off for a 30 minute visit.

  Everyone working here was so pleasant, kind, and welcoming. The office is the most clean and beautiful office I have ever seen. I love the aquarium in the waiting room too. Complimentary water, coffee, and tea is a plus. I've never liked going to the dentist but I don't mind going here!

  Such a wonderful group of women. They're so knowledgeable and professional, as well as friendly and personable. Can't say that I love coming here because, well, it's the dentist... but it's the best experience you can have while getting your teeth scraped and drilled. Highly recommend Bonnie Helfner and her team!

  Looked up a review for the best dentists on Long Island, and came across Bonnie as a top rated dentist for a few years (2014-2017). I was able to book my first appointment today. All the staff are beyond friendly, and knowledgable. I was shown around the office (dentist first), and then proceeded to visit with my hygienist, Helen. A very pleasant experience overall, given that I haven't seen a dentist in over 5 years. Thank you Dr. Helfner. I will be coming back shortly.
