::Love this company. Especially Joey Ortega who is the tech that helped put our A/C unit back in working order. God Bless him.

::Brand new HVAC installed in May 2014. On original install, thermostat was set up wrong and we spent the night with temperatures well over 80 in the house. We have allergies, and although it cools off at night, our home remained hot because we didn't dare open it up. Since then we've had them out 3 times to fix a problem with condensation leaking into the ceiling in our bedroom. Last time they were out they brought the crane to re-seat the unit, which they said was 1/4 inch off. Yesterday it was leaking yet again. It sounded more like running water this time, so I shut it down. Because I refuse to miss any more work for this (already lost 19 hours of vacation time to these guys), the unit is still off in over 100° heat. The call I was promised last night has yet to come. The service call that was to be as close to 2pm as possible still hasn't happened and it's 2:45. My husband just called them and was told that we're scheduled between 2pm and 6pm. This dang thing was over $9K, and we are not a priority!

::We originally called Bonney for an air-conditioner problem which they responded to promptly. Now we have the BAM maintenance plan which has worked very well for us. Vitalliy Ivanov came out to service our heating, checked it over thoroughly and cleaned it. He told us we have some potential problems and recommended an improved filter system. We really appreciated the advice and recommendation without a ton of sales pressure. Great experience!

::I purchased an annual protection plan from Bonney and am glad I did. Today, its service technician, Joey Ortega, came out and gave a thorough once-over to my AC system, before summer requires its regular operation. While the system is performing well and set for the summer, he pointed out that a ducting system installed when the house was built in 2002 did not allow inspection of the fan motor, which is one of the items - he explained - that goes out, first. He said that because the cowl covering the motor keeps it from being seen, the motor could leak and there'd be no way to keep it from failing and greater damage caused to my system. We discussed various options. Fore-warned, I now know what to do to avoid a big bill in the future. Joey was on time, very professional and explained the issues clearly. First-rate.
