  Great location, next to freeway, quiet, peaceful, friendly neighbors. Little League field at the end of block.

  This park was really nice in the past now the roads are a mess and the park won't do any work on them. They say we don't have the money to repave streets. They basically don't want to do any repairs or fix anything that needs work. I'm very disappointed in the park management. Space rent up 5% a yr.

  It’s a nice Mobile home Park It’s livable,including Community Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi good location near to all malls hospitals stores schools Doctors,freeway,all Conections,and very Important near to the border 15minutes driving !!

  The manager here harrases the residents for anything! She also is known for giving everyone warnings for about everything she can think of. She is known for also taking pictures of your home and also traspassing without permission. She sends warnings and she writes on them that we are not aloud to go to her office to speak to her regarding the warnings. She hangs up on people when ever she knows she is in the wrong. She has had many arguments with residents here. She is a very miserable person I dont know why the owner still has her as a manager. She does what ever she pleases parks her car by the park were I am sure that if someone else wouldve done that she would of had a problem. She also stalks your home when everyone is sleeping I always see her car going around slowly stalking our homes early in the morning. She is very disrespectful and is not a professional what so ever. Everyone here wants her gone ASAP! She makes living here a living hell.
