  Nice place , manager is horrible will make you think twice about coming to live here other than that its a really nice place.

  very nice place to live but the manager is horrible.. no customer service skills .. to this day i have not met a neighbor that actually likes her .. i truly don’t understand how she holds that position.. it’s a shame because the park is a great place to live in..

  Seems like a nice little neighborhood. I drove through looking for mobile homes for sale. Can't say if its good or bad cause I just drove through.

  This is a very nice Mobile Home Park and has some lovely homes some newer quality as well as some older homes. Unfortunately everything in the San Diego area is rather pricey the farther you go away from the city then you find prices at our lower but even in Chula Vista you're going to be paying upwards of $700 for a nice park and in San Diego you'll be paying closer to $1,000 a month to live in a nice park.
