::Had a reservation for 3 people window seat last Saturday.. Had to wait while other parties were seated so the table could be cleaned.. No rush by anyone...Manager walked by the table 2 or three times without picking up a dish and was very carefree.. The hostess finally cleared it herself and we were seated at a wet table and I got a towel from the bar and Had to dry it off! No silverware offered.. no dressing on the salad, windows were opened while the temp outside was chilly. My eggs Benedict was so dry and eggs were well done I ate only half! Our server was very nice but the rest of the staff were lazy and I felt unwanted and I will probably never return!! Very disappointed!

::Poor food quality! Hamburger was undercooked when asked for well done. Half of the burger was RAW! The brisket was overcooked and dry not to mention completely fat no meat. Charge so much for fat! I should have butchered the cow my self. First and last. I will not return. Terrible and low quality food. Famous Dave's is 10x better. The other party in my order got FOOD POISONING!!

::Very poor service. We were there for Mother’s Day buffet. We asked our waitress twice for a refill of coffee. When she came to the table it was to drop off the check. We asked a third time for coffee and when she returned, she brought an empty carafe. Then to top it off, the advertisement for the buffet said kids 5 and younger were free. She never ask our child’s age and billed for him. Management never stopped by to see how service was, apologize for the billing error or anything. I feel bad for the cooks though, the food tasted good but won’t make up for poor customer service.

::The worst experience. My friends and I had a long lunch break and wanted to celebrate our last day of school at Bonfire. When we arrived there were only a couple of other people in the place. Our server took our order and never returned for drink refills. We waited an hour for our food (nachos, quesadilla, salad, etc). It never came out. Many other tables (of people who came in after us) got and finished their food. We left money on the table for our drinks and left. Bonfire is a complete disgrace.

::Came on a Monday for lunch with a co-worker. She had the cowboy tacos and I had the rotisserie chicken sandwich. Both were excellent and we enjoyed them. The restaurant was largely empty for a lunch while the neighboring restaurant, and others in the area, were full to the brim. One would have to ask themselves why and, after reading some other reviews (after my visit) it's easier to understand. We felt our service was adequate but that the server could've been a little more invested. When asked if there were any specials he pointed to the sheet that came with the menu and walked away. The soup of the day, not published anywhere, had to be coaxed out of him. When the requisite "How is everything?" visit occurred he replied, "Great!" and kept walking without us having replied. In short, would I return? The quality of the food makes it worth it but the service could definitely use improvement.
