::Best pizza I have had in years. Even better than that is the family atmosphere when you go in. Once you walk in you are immediately family. If you order 2 slices you are told to have a seat and someone brings your pizza over to you. When was the last time you went onto a pizzeria and someone brought you 2 slices to your table? It's not just when they are slow either, it's everytime. The second time you go the proprietor remembers who you are. Everyone in there is so friendly. It's also very laid back. The first time my wife and I went in we ordered, sat down, someone brought us our food, and then we paid. Just for a couple of slices. I place a P/U order and they got it wrong (people make mistakes, I know I do), we ate the pizza anyway it was still good. I called and the owner told me to keep the wrong order and he would have my correct order for me free of charge, of course. I declined, I had worked all day and was tired. The owner was going away for a week or so and we decided I would get my free pizza when he came back, and this was all over the phone. I never went on for it. About 2 months later my wife and I walk in and right after he said hi he looks at me and says, "I One you a pie correct? With onions and black olives," he even remember the wrong pizzas we got (my wife and I had talked about it and decided not to say anything and just let it go because we really like this place). My wife and I were shocked. Not only did he bring it up, HE remembered, we were on the phone, and it was important to him to make it right. Then on top of that he discounted some of the other food we ordered. These are just a few of the reasons we frequent, and will continue to frequent, this restaurant.

::I've ordered from and eaten at Bonbino's dozens of times but after what happened today I will NOT order again. I ordered in the family special # 2 which online states is $27.99 (I've attached an image). When the delivery guy came he told me it was over $40 so I questioned it and not in a nasty way. So he nicely said that he would call his boss and find out. He had his boss on speaker phone and told his boss that I was saying that the menu price I saw was $27.99 which at that point his boss NASTILY SAID" NO WAY, IT'S $40 AND IF THEY DON'T WANT IT F*** THEM AND TAKE IT BACK!!" At no point was I rude or said I didn't want it I was just questioning the price. Now, upon further investigation Bobbino's website does have the correct price but the menu that comes up when you search Bonbino's on Googles main page is $27.99. I have no issues paying what it costs however I do have issues with the attitude of Bonbino's. How do you talk that way about your customers? DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'll be giving my business to another local restaurant and I hope you do too.
