  Worst place ever...I had brought 2 pairs of gloves during a blizzard in the beginning of 2018 because it was cold and the total came to $21.98. At first I took out my card while I was paying but then I had to do it again because supposedly it didn’t go through, so did but it mistakenly charged me twice. Since the payment was pending I didn’t mind seeing double changed on my account but no a day after when I checked, I see they changed me twice for $21.98. I went to their store to with my bank statement because I didn’t have my receipt because I know they always keep a copy of the receipt for every purchase. When I went I spoke to the lady and then she goes, “I can’t refund your money without receipt” I was so mad and told her that I have my bank statement as a proof that they charged me twice. She then finally looked at it and did something idk and told me that I will get my money back in my card after a week. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I will soon call their store because it’s unfair. I’m not returning the items I have brought from this store, I just simply want my money that they took but they’re making it really difficult for me to stay calm. If it was $5 dollars then I wouldn’t even bother but it’s not.

  Pay Half is a really good store. I like their customer service and they also provide sales. Their environment is very good and friendly. I love it.
