  Bought a great slouchy hat. My new favorite. And it was on sale. It was the day after Christmas so staff seemed a little weary.

  Horrible customer services manager Delfada Gonzalez. Horrible wasn't cooperative returning my refund after one transaction didn't post on their end. I had to swipe my card a second time. I explained that the charges were posted. She did not want to hear it kept interrupting while I speaking; very unprofessional uneducated person.
