  My sister was admitted to this hospital Friday at 4am on the lower level 6 I believe it’s called. She’s not crazy and She has never taken medication and no doctor order her medication either which means she’s well in the head and knows what’s going on. Long story short Saturday at 3 pm she was attack in her sleep by a woman who should of been watched because this isn’t the first time she attacks another female. This woman was suppose to be watched because she’s on medication because she has problems. The staff was no where to be found . Reports thave been made and ever since then in the last 24 hours my sister has been assult again by this person another report has been made. Her room and goodies were ransack. This is unacceptable ! This place are low on staff and can’t control the crazy freaks who need to be controlled. All they do is walk around with a clip board doing who knows what if not they are falling asleep GET IT TOGETHER!!!! People life are on the line As of May 21 2018 I’ve been in formed that a patient escape while being outside, the same female that attacked my sister took a shower came out the bathroom in her towel and enter another male room and try to sexual assault him mind you this is the same female that’s suppose to have somebody watch her 24/7 . Once again I would love to know where was her care taker. These nurses can’t handle these people or they are either Low on staff one of the other. This is so unacceptable all they want to do is take your money and give you medication without even having a physical doctor come and evaluate you and that’s not how you go about this. I’m disgusted with what I’ve seen and physically saw in the last 72 hours !!!!!!

  I was sexually assaulted by a staff member. All I checked myself in for was to get my medication for anxiety adjusted so I could get back to school and instead I now have PTSD. They will likely have this review deleted, but other Survivors of Zucker Hillside are out there.

  Doctors there were okay I had two doctors in the out patient program. Dr rhizolla was very sweet but dr but Bain was aweful, discouraged me every time I was trying to get off meds, at the time i was on way too high a dose and told him I was dropping my dose to see how I’d handle it, he strongly discouraged it even though I was in complete control and told my parents to monitor me as I dropped in meds. Having gotten off little by little I was noticing the symptoms I was experiencing were going away... dr burnbaun tried putting fear into it to discourage me to continue and tried making me switch into other medications even though I was doing fine.. having been off meds now for years I feel more powerful then I ever have and more stable then most people, I do allot of work on myself by YouTubing personal development and nutrition and now work out o completely flipped the script on how I feel and he told me t wasn’t possible, something you should never do to someone who is healing from a sickness is tell them that it’s not possible. It’s getting 2 stars because they fed you really well which is what I attribute to getting better so quickly I ate allot... I was starving myself before which was causing delirium out of fear and once I dropped fear everything made a shift and I embraced the positive power instead of low places like fear, and it’s been working super well thank god.

  Writing, not as a patient but as the spouse of a patient. The staff was very caring & helped her very much. It was a difficult time & that is a factor that should be considered but overall, we both were glad she was here at Zucker.

  Dr.Aatequa Ismail is my 14 year old daughters pschiatristwho prescribed lexapro for he severe anxiety. We are nowonday 4 of withdrawals because this"dr" forgot to send in her refill. I have nowcalled and left a message 3xx with no response. I called a diffetent #and the person is emailing her and cc her supervisor. Apparently i cant have access to her email! I WONDER WHY THEY DONT WANT THIS COMPLAINT IN WRITING? I WILL LET EVERYONE AND ANYONE KNOW ABOUT HER INCOMPETENCE. SHE HAS NO BUSINESS IN THIS FIELD!! Does anyone realize the dangers of not taking this medicine for days! She must not care! And if Zucker Hillside keeps her employed, theyll go down with her!
