  I purchased red carpet wash. I had to remind them to clean inside back window. That should have warned me to check out the job before leaving. At home, I noticed windshield was not cleaned properly, rims and tires were still dirty so they put armoural over dirty tires. They weren't busy. Had four people working on car and still it wasn't cleaned right.

  Went to get a car wash and I left with wet seats. When I went back to ask why and they said they aren’t responsible for the sunroof being open even if it’s open just a little. So I asked if it was completely open would they still keep it open and put it thru the wash, they said no and she then began to say that it’s my car I should know why it’s wet. Worst customer service.

  Waited 30 mins in line for about 6 cars ahead of me. Wash was decent but wasn’t good either...

  Worst car wash ever. My tires and Windows were still dirty when they finished
