::Right off the highway, rooms were very clean and modern! Breakfast was delicious as well! This was a brief stay (8hrs basically to sleep) so I can't really describe much more. But I would definitely go back!

::Before I arrive I called to see if I can get jointed room. She said she'll call me back and let me know I said okay. She called me back and said she couldn't do it, but I was okay with that when I arrived there and pay for my room they waited until I paid to tell me that the pool without a commission. Now when a lady called me back the lady never told me that the pool was out of commission she didn't ever tell me the fire pit outside wasn't working when people arrived to a hotel they go by what they see online about the hotel they should tell people upon their arrival what's going on and what's not working especially when you have a family and kids that expecting to see the fire pit or to be in the pool not wait to after you charge the Person and tell them the pool is out of commission the fire pit ain't working because they don't have the fluid for it they should at least gave that person to choose to change their mind if they want to stay there or not, not wait until they charge them telling them everything is not working and the breakfast was up to part the blow dryer wasn't in the room. Only one of my rooms had a microwave I thought that when you come to a hotel like that every room supposed to have everything they supposed to have in it especially the microwave. When you showing advertising online of pictures about your hotel you should make sure your hotel have everything working and everything in the room the way you showing it online. The prices they were charging for the room they could have gave everybody a little discount especially when you don't have everything that's showing online.

::This place would be very nice, however it’s definitely not kid/family friendly, the staff is terrible, unprofessional and pose to be corporate and ghetto when you try to make a legitimate complaint. The halls smell strongly of air freshener to cover up the extremely strong smell of weed! The combo would give anyone a migraine and put someone with asthma in distress!!!! We had to ask for extra towels to place in front of the door to keep the smell out!!! They also closed the pool “because a NON GUESTS” came in and jumped in!! Like seriously you can’t control your grounds you definitely need new management!!!! Employees were very disrespectful to the point my kids had to be taken outside during the complaint because of ghetto unprofessional staff!!! Please for your safety don’t stay here!!! And the rooms could’ve been cleaner for sure!!! Shouldn’t find garbage on window ledges, under chair, etc!!!

::Have reservations and flew in from Kansas City. Arrived at the hotel at 11:15am and get informed I can't have my room until 3pm. The "help" at the front desk didn't bother checking to see if my room is even available. Real unprofessional and do not recommend even a passing consideration of staying here. I'd give them negative stars if I could. 0/10 NOT RECOMMENDED.
