::If you need FAST FOOD , don’t come here. The pace its self is very nice and presentable but as gas as the staff , they move with no sense of urgency! One guy even stood in the window while he had guest at the register. I’ve been inside for 15 mins now for 2 Chicken Rice Bowls. One guy has been outside since I’ve gotten here smoking a black n mild. yeah don’t come here. They don’t care.

::First off, I'm a regular here since I live walking distance from this Bojangles. While this facility is top of the line, the staff just can't ever seem to get it right. Never a smooth experience. Usually out of something, something is delivered incorrectly, or an excessive wait to the tune of 20+ minutes. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

::this is a brand new building the first few times was great clean friendly staff. went I n last week the place was dirty bathroom nasty service was very bad. I believe I will go to a different Bojangles, gave them one more chance March 5 2018 after about a 3 to 4 minute wait no one can to take my order and staff were in the dinning room and saw me standing at the register so I left and went somewhere else. ::I liked this Bojangles because of the quality of the food and service. This place has the delicious spicy chicken and great sweet tea. I would like to add that the biscuits were a bit undercooked. Other than that I enjoyed this Bojangles.

::This is the SLOWEST fast food restaurant in the world! It easily takes 30 minutes for a simple order. Employees are rude and couldn't care less that it took half an hour. Choose another Bojangles in the Charlotte area and stay away from this one, even if you drive across the entire city it'll still be faster.
