  Signed up for Body Culture's 6-week challenge and it was a fantastic experience for the last 6 weeks. I am not into body building or going to the gym generally. I do not enjoy these activities and have fun playing team sports. However, this was a truly unique experience with Body Culture. I have been there 35 times and every single one was amazing. The owners, Thomas and George are great, they are there at the gym most times and get involved very closely. The coaches, Greg, Javier and Jonathan always have a smile on, push you beyond your comfort zone, always keep an eye out on everyone working out to improve the way they are performing the exercises. The customized diet that they handed out at the beginning of the challenge after they weighed us helped very much also. Working out with amazing coaches and following the diet to the T helped me lose 13 pounds of fat and gain considerable amount of muscle mass in 6 weeks. Overall, I have been very happy with what Body Culture and their great staff bring to the table.

  As a mother of 2, i was lazy to lose the weight i put on. The gym i was attending was not helping me to get my body back because i wasnt pushing my limits. I didnt know my limits. When I signed up for a 6 week challenge, i didnt have 20 extra lbs but i had body fat. So I did the 6% body fat loss challenge. The first week was hard, and i was thinking how will i do this 3x/week. Then next week I was more energetic and went 5x. The rest of the challenge i went 6x because I wanted to be more fit and muscly. The coaches are amazing helpful, if one workout is challenging for you or hurts one part of your body, they change it personally for you. I loved to be a part of body culture family for 6 weeks!

  Trainer's are very knowledgeable and focus on correct form. They are always happy to answer questions and concerns. I was able to get noticeable results within 3 months of training going 3 days a week.

  BC IS THE BEST!!! LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!! You will be in the best shape of your life if you just do what they say :) The team there are some of the greatest human beings I know. BC is not your typical gym! It's got heart! It is a community of people, a family.

  This gym is awesome! Every day you're offered a different workout with friendly and respectful trainers to guide you throughout. The space itself is modern and very clean. Every time I go in I have fun but am also challenged. I absolutely recommend this gym to anyone trying to get/stay fit and tired of traditional gyms.
