  This unique boutique gym has a lot to offer and is an excellent value. The owners have have structured a fun place to workout in a clean and unintimidating environment. The classes offer a variety of workout choices; boxing, megaformer, versaclimber. All three of these are exercises I’ve never done nor are they available anywhere else. The first exercise are accessible and will challenge you, but most importantly it will keep you wanting to return and improve. Highly recommend giving it a try. The yearly unlimited membership package is the obvious choice here if you are serious and committed to being physically fit.
